JJWin Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the JJWin website at jjwin.click, or by registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using JJWin and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all JJWin products and services — including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer games, crash games, PSL and cricket sports betting, baccarat, roulette, and all promotional programmes operated by JJWin. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or product sections are supplementary to these general Terms and Conditions, not a replacement for them.

2. Eligibility

JJWin is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. JJWin strictly prohibits access by underage individuals. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately with deposited funds returned.
• You are registering and using JJWin as an individual, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You have not been excluded from JJWin by a previous account suspension or self-exclusion request.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or family member of any of the above of JJWin or any of its affiliated companies.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one JJWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. JJWin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes. JJWin may request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJWin login credentials. Any bet placed or transaction made from your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was made with your knowledge or consent. 4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on JJWin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. JJWin accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your JJWin wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider — typically within minutes for mobile wallet methods. JJWin does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside JJWin's control.

JJWin reserves the right to request that all deposits be made using the same payment method as previous deposits or the method registered to your account. This is an anti-fraud measure and does not affect your ability to play or withdraw in normal circumstances. By depositing, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

5. Withdrawals

JJWin processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of a verified request being submitted. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. IBFT and card withdrawals may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, as a security and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification. There is no minimum withdrawal amount on JJWin. JJWin does not charge any withdrawal processing fee.

Any bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. Withdrawing before a wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. The real money portion of your balance is always withdrawable without restriction.

• Pending withdrawals may be held if your account requires identity verification.
• JJWin may delay withdrawal processing where fraud or suspicious activity is under investigation.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the stated rollover terms of the originating promotion.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to your JJWin account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by JJWin are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the case of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms for that specific offer.

The key principle governing all JJWin bonuses is that wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. JJWin does not alter wagering requirements after a bonus has been claimed by a player.

• Each JJWin account is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses additional times will be closed.
• Bonuses have expiry dates — any unused bonus balance or incomplete wagering progress after expiry is forfeited automatically.
• JJWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• Placing hedging bets or exploiting arbitrage strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine game risk is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on JJWin are final once confirmed. JJWin does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they are submitted. It is your responsibility to verify bet details — game selection, stake amount, odds, and selections — before confirming.

JJWin crash games, including JJ Aviator, Mines, and Plinko, use a provably fair algorithm. Each round's result is generated transparently and can be verified independently. JJWin does not manipulate crash game outcomes.

For PSL and cricket sports betting, the following specific rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant sporting authority (PCB for PSL fixtures).
• In the event a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs, JJWin's specific settlement rules for the affected market type apply as published on the betting page. Void bets have stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Any bet confirmed before a goal, wicket, or significant event has occurred is settled at the confirmed odds regardless of events immediately following confirmation.
• JJWin reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds resulting from a technical error displaying a figure materially different from the correct market price.
• Maximum payout per single bet on sports markets is Rs 5,000,000. JJWin reserves the right to impose stake limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

Live dealer casino games — including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Speed Baccarat, and Dragon Tiger — are conducted by trained professional dealers. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, the round is voided and stakes are returned. JJWin is not responsible for player losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

JJWin is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, promotions, or referral rewards more than once.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus programmes or game mechanics.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with JJWin games or markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your JJWin account.

JJWin uses automated fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify suspicious patterns. If your account is flagged, JJWin may freeze withdrawals pending investigation. You will be notified and given an opportunity to provide documentation. Accounts cleared of suspicion will have freezes lifted promptly.

9. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

JJWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JJWin has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account is operated by a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent their exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure.

In cases of account closure not related to misconduct — for example, a voluntary closure requested by the player — any real money balance is refunded in full to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

14. Changes to These Terms
